Ms.Prashanti has been my dietician for over two years. She has given me a great guidance. Instead of just giving a diet plan, she has been extremely supportive to keep me consistent on the diet. The different variations in the diet plan were interesting. It kept me hooked onto it. I had about two cheat days where I could eat whatever I want, but alas, I’d still feel like I should continue my diet rather binging on brownies. I was over 115 Kgs. In the span of 8 months, I was able to cut down 25-28 Kgs with my diet and workout. I definitely think both these factors play an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
